These terms govern purchases made through Maison Veloria Collective.
1. Merchant
The seller is Maison Veloria Collective, contactable at [email protected].
2. Products
We describe materials, dimensions, fit and colour with reasonable care. Screen settings and the natural character of materials may cause minor visual variation. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. The contract is formed when payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order affected by pricing error, suspected fraud, stock discrepancy or an inability to deliver.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in EUR. Any taxes, delivery charges or discounts collected by us are shown before the order is submitted. Payment is processed by the checkout provider shown at checkout; we do not store full card credentials.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes on delivery to the customer or nominated recipient. Please report visible parcel damage promptly and retain all packaging while a carrier review is arranged.
6. Cancellations, returns and faults
Return eligibility and procedure are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that apply to faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Store content, photography, designs, marks and text are protected materials. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission. Automated interference, fraudulent checkout activity and unauthorised access are prohibited.
8. Liability and applicable law
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory rights, we are not responsible for indirect loss unrelated to the ordinary use of a purchased item. These terms are governed by the law mandatorily applicable to the transaction, and disputes may be brought before any court that must have jurisdiction under that law.
